We reply by email
We read each request and reply from support@dutyrecover.ai to check fit and arrange access.

You receive an invitation
Access is by invitation during the private beta. Accepting it creates your organization’s workspace.

You upload entry data — only then
Upload a CSV export of your entry summary data, for example from ACE. We can help you map the columns. Nothing is needed to make this request.

Your first analysis
The free plan runs Duty Drawback and Section 301 over a 90-day lookback. Each finding shows its detection reason, confidence and estimated opportunity, with evidence requirements, deadlines and next steps where applicable, for your broker or adviser to review.
